Delivery of comprehensive temporary traffic management and detour maintenance services to support emergency recovery works. Scope included operating a 24-hour detour crew for route servicing such as pothole repairs, breakdown response, signage upkeep, and emergency call-outs. Responsibilities also covered monitoring hard road closures, deploying Stop/Go crews, TMOs, and labourers across multiple sites, and installing and maintaining traffic control devices to ensure the safe and efficient movement of road users and site personnel in accordance with safety and road authority requirements. 

✓ 24-hour maintenance detour crew operating day and night to service the detour route, including pothole repairs, breakdown assistance, signage maintenance, and emergency call-outs.



✓ Monitoring and management of hard closures at designated checkpoints to ensure traffic compliance and safety.



✓ Deployment of Stop/Go crews, TMOs, and labourers across multiple work sites and locations throughout the duration of the project to support traffic management operations. 

✓ General Temporary Traffic Management supplied qualified traffic management personnel, installing and maintaining traffic control devices (signage, cones, barriers, and temporary signals), manage the safe movement of vehicles, pedestrians, and site workers, adjust traffic controls as required to maintain safety and traffic flow.
